ગુજરાત રાજયમાં અન્‍ન, નાગરિક પુરવઠા અને ગ્રાહકોની બાબતોનો વિભાગની તા.૮મી નવેમ્‍બર, ૧૯૬૫ના રોજ એક અલગ વિભાગ તરીકે રચના કરવામાં આવેલ છે. આ વિભાગ નીચેની કામગીરી સંભાળે છે.

  • જાહેર વિતરણ વ્‍યવસ્‍થાના સુચારૂ સંચાલન અર્થે રાજયમાં અનાજની પ્રાપ્‍તિ તેમજ અન્‍ય આવશ્‍યક ચીજ વસ્‍તુઓના પુરવઠાના સંગ્રહ અને વિતરણ અંગેની નીતિ ઘડવી.
  • જાહેર વિતરણ વ્‍યવસ્‍થા ઉ૫રાંત અન્‍ય આવશ્‍યક ચીજ વસ્‍તુઓના પુરવઠાને સુનિશ્‍ચિત કરવા માટેની કામગીરી.

Steps

  1. Open the site
  2. Select the option Pay Energy Bills Online.
  3. Login with your UserID and password.  New user can register by filling up the details
  4. Confirm your outstanding bill amount and select the preferred mode of payment from Net Banking/Debit Card/Credit Card.
  5. Follow the steps of your online payment and your transaction will be completed in matter of few seconds.
  6. You will receive the status of transaction as Successful and a copy of E-receipt will be sent at your registered email address.
  7. You may also take the printout of the e-receipt after the successful transaction and file it in your personal file for record keeping.

Steps to perform Quick Online Payment

  1. Open the site and select the option Quick Online Payment
  2. Fill all the necessary details in Payment Detail and submit the request
  3. Verify Payment Detail and process further by clicking on the Pay Now button.
  4. Quick Online Pay screen will be redirected to Payment Gateway.
  5. After completion of payment, Payment Acknowledgement will be displayed.
  6. You may take a print-out of the payment acknowledgement by clicking on the Save & Print button.
  7. Transaction processing fees for Net Banking is Rs.5.00/-(Five) inclusive of Service Tax.
  8. Transaction processing fees for Credit / Debit / Pre-Paid Cards is 1%(one percent) of Customer Payment Amount Plus Service Tax.
Complaints also can be send through this site from the complaint link inwhich the user have to fill a form and send the complaint.

Gujarat State Road Transport Corporation (GSRTC) is a passenger transport organisation providing bus services both within Gujarat and neighbouring states.

GSRTC came into existence on 1st May, 1960 on formation of Gujarat. From a modest begining of 7 divisions, 76 depots and 7 divisional workshops and a fleet of 1,767 buses it has gone to,

This remarkable growth is an outcome of unflagging effort of more than 50,000 workforce, dynamic management and sustained support from the state govt. It has built up formidable technical facilities.

you will get a login page on clicking that button.
If you already have an existing account you can login by giving correct username and password.
If you don't have any account first you have to register by clicking on create new account.
When you will click on create new account you will get Member Registration form
in which you have ti fill your personal detail. Where Username :,Password,User Full Name,Date of Birth,Email Address fields are mandatory.once you click on Register you will be able to login.


In home page you got two option
Online Reservation
 When you click on  E-Booking you will be redirected to same login page as you found after clicking on 
Book ticket (Button).
There is another option Counter Booking which is for operator login.


Once you will successfully login you will  get following information

When you Click on E-Ticket Booking you will get a page Search Place where you can give information about your origin place and Destination place.
Once you submit your search places  you will get Search for Services page where you can fill information about trip detail like it is One Way Trip or Return Trip:, Date and Preferred Journey Time For Onward Journey and Origin Place, Destination Place , No.of Passengers (Max. No. of Passengers :8) and Service Category.
in service category you can tell about what type of service you want like Express,Volvo, Sleeper etc it is a dropdown list.
When you click on Search for Services you will get a page where details of all buses are available with radio button where you can choose any one of them at a time.with each record there is  Details button through which you can get detail of Fare , Seat Availability & boarding Points.
When you click on Details you will get popup window of Service Details(Availability) about
Seats Available, Adult Fare ,Child Fare and other trip details.
  after submitting from last page you will get Seat Layout & Passenger Details  where you will find a preview of  seat layout of seating arrangement with checkboxes in front of every seat number which is available you can select seat of your choice.
After selecting your seat you have to fill your details in Passenger Details column. Here One thing which is important that the selected seat(s) will be blocked for 15 minutes only.So ensure payment transaction is completed within 15 minutes.
once you fill details and submit Passenger Details form. You will get Travel Summary form, Where you can check your Trip Details, Fare Details, Passenger Information, Payment Options.
After checking all the details and if you want to book you can now select payment option and choose any of following this :

Axis Bank  : [Select this option to pay through your Visa / Master credit card]
Bill Desk - Net Banking:   :[Please select the Bank from the list for netbanking payment]

If you don't want to journey and want to cancel ticket you need to click on E ticket Cancellation .
you can select ticket which you want to cancel.and just select cancel ticket.
1.       E ticket Cancellation > SelectETicket which you want to cancel  >Select Cancel E ticket.


3  Modify Profile :  There is another option that  you can change your Profile information as or when you want to change them .
When you click on it you will find a page My Profile where information which you have given previously will display . if you wish to change any of them you can update it. And Modify Profile by clicking on Modify Profile.

4  View E-Ticket Booking History :  You have option to check your booked ticket history.
 by clicking on View E-Ticket Booking History you will get a page where you have a list of booked ticket, with radio button. by clicking on radio button you can select  any booked ticket. After selecting E ticket you have two option
1 You can print E ticket : Print E-Ticket
2  You can See Details :  View Details

 5 Change Password :  Last option which is available in main page is Change Password.You can change password of your profile at anytime. It will ask you your Current Password, New Password, Confirm NewPassword.By clicking on Change Password we can change our Profile Password.
